Agricultural tyre expertise since 1999.

Nordic Tyres was established in 1999 as the UK’s sole distributor for Nokian Tyres’ forestry, agricultural and industrial ranges. From Lochside Industrial Estate in Dumfries the business built a dealer network across the UK and added further brands — CEAT agricultural radials, Kenda, Maxxis and Duro ATV tyres, Nexen tubes and Pronar wheels — so that a dealer or manufacturer could cover a whole machine from one supplier.

In August 2023 Nordic Tyres joined the GB Tyres group. The Dumfries team, its brand relationships and its agricultural focus continue; the group adds warehousing, a delivery fleet and buying scale that a specialist distributor could not build alone. Since then the range has grown to include TVS Eurogrip and, from 2024, the Advance agricultural range for which GB Tyres is the exclusive UK distributor.

Today the business is set up to serve two kinds of customer: the dealer who needs the right tyre tomorrow, and the manufacturer who needs the right tyre on every machine it builds this year.
