Nordic Forest has been the UK distributor for Windsor Chainsaw products since 2003 and continue to build on its reputation for providing top quality chainsaw products with very reasonable prices.

In 2008, Windsor celebrated their 60th anniversay of trading, which is a testament as to the quality of product that has been manufactured over the years.

From its modest beginnings in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1948, Windsor Machine Ltd has grown to be one of the largest sawchain and bar manufacturers for chainsaw and mechanical timber-harvesting equipment in the industry.

Indeed, it was Windsors innovative engineers who more that 30 years ago, developed the original professional "Speed Tip" sprocket nose guide bar.  The speed tip was recognised in the seventies as the standard of the industry.

In 1986 Sandvik Saws and Tools acquired Windsor Machine Ltd.  The two companies combined their expretise under one name, Sandvik-Windsor with head quarters and manufacturing location in Milan, Tennessee.

In October 2000, Sandvik-Windsor was aquired by Blount International Inc. and became Windsor Forestry Tools, LLC.

Nordic Forest is situated in Lockerbie, which is adjacent to the M74.  This allows Nordic Forest provide an efficient service with delivery time scales of 24hr to 48hrs.
